Its me again
The discussion for the family day proposal failed
so we hv come up with a games proposal by jewel
the participant shall receive 20 keys and 10 locks
then he or she must find a correct key to a lock within the time limit
we will give out prizes to the winning person
Items needed: Locks and Keys, Prizes
i hv just thought of another proposal myself too
we can set up a games stall which holds sudoku challenges
i believe many pple love challenging these puzzles
then we can set up a 100% win system to attract people
mayb $1 per try
then we get many diff puzzles
the prizes are given according to the time they spend on each puzzle
mayb something like :
<5 min wins prize A
<7.5 min wins prize B
<10 min wins prize C
then the rest wins a simple prize to thank for participation
den those pple who love challenges might be interested to try different puzzles too
prize A will cost about $1.50 ~ $2
prize B costs about $1 ~ $1.50
while prize C costs around $0.50 to $1
then the consolation prize can be nething...mayb <10 cents ea
those pple who hv done sudoku puzzles shld know that while simple ones can be tackled in 5 min those intermediate ones can take over 10 min to solve
this is a gd suggestion to me cos the 100% win will attract pple =)
Also, i can get 4 different levels of difficulties of puzzles from the
Sudoku website, namely Easy, Medium, Hard and Evil
i think we can also offer better prizes for people trying the "Evil" level, maybe something like 2 of Prize A
this will attract pple but its very unlikely that many pple will finish a puzzle at that difficulty level in a short time
So many pple will do the hardest level at the 1st try but will fail, then we encourage them to try an easier level to win something
This is my perspective, howeverRegarding the group proposal with 21/06, i suggest that if 21/06 plans to go ahead with the balloons, we can use their balloons as one of the prizes while they can recommend pple to our stall for free balloons as a prize
of cos after that we will help cover the costs for both classes as we will be definitely drawing in more profit

Neway we also have to pay $6 each for coupons for family day
